The Hymans Robertson Foundation is progressing an exciting new relationship with the Scottish Tech Army. The network of over 700 registered Scottish Tech Army volunteers can be accessed by our Scotland based charity network to explore opportunities for skilled, remote volunteering on a range of projects from IT and technology through to social media assessments.
The Foundation welcomes engagement with STA and harnessing the opportunity to introduce new pro-bono skills and expertise to the charity sector.
To support our partners with projects running outside Scotland, we’re delighted to engage with Covid Tech Support who find tech talent to help non-profits, charities and Covid projects get up and running. Every day, it works with its sister community code4covid, consisting of over 1,200 talented volunteers from around the world, to find people to help with projects that are dealing with the worst of this pandemic.
In three short months, its community has built projects and teams for over 120 organisations including Crisis, Mencap, Coronavirus Tech Handbook as well as assisting community groups and local charities all over the world. If you need urgent help with any technical project, you can find out more and get in touch here.
