The Hymans Robertson Foundation is looking for two new Independent Trustees to join our Board. This an exciting period for the Foundation as we build on a busy, successful year and adapt to the ongoing impact of Covid19 in our communities.
We are looking for people who share our passion and have the time to commit to helping us achieve our ambitions. You don’t need to have any previous experience of being on a Board – this is a fantastic opportunity to not only share your knowledge and skills, but also to learn from your fellow Trustees. All new Board members will receive an induction into the Foundation, and we can pair you up with an existing Trustee to help support you through your first few Board meetings.
We want people who can bring different views, voices and experience to our Board. We’d love to hear from people from across the UK, with a wide range of skills. We particularly encourage younger candidates, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates, and people with lived experience or knowledge of young people policy in the UK.
Our ambition is to make a difference to the lives of people and communities facing disadvantage across the UK. Our Trustees play a valuable role in helping us work towards this. As a Trustee, you will have the opportunity to help shape our future, inspire change and make a real difference.
Closing date for applications is 1.00pm, Monday 30th November. Please refer to the full Trustee advert and Trustee Information Pack for help with your application.
