Marcella joined the Foundation as its first CEO in August 2019. She helps drive our strategy and delivery of our charitable aims to help more disadvantaged young people secure better financial futures. She works closely with stakeholders at Hymans Robertson, to support and encourage the great volunteering and fundraising efforts already undertaken by its staff. Marcella also leads our partnership work with the Foundation’s charitable partners and other stakeholders.
Marcella has previously held a number of Trustee positions. She is currently a Non Executive Director of NHS Golden Jubilee and chair of its Volunteer Forum.
