Rachel is a Project Operations Manager in the third sector, delivering community programmes for vulnerable young people, and was appointed to the Foundation’s trustee board in February 2021. An experienced youth and community worker, she has project managed local and national youth engagement programmes, including employability skills development, core qualifications education, and outreach projects.
Rachel is a passionate advocate for children and young people’s rights and embeds co-design into all her work, empowering young people to act as drivers and decision makers. She is keen to use her experience of youth and community programmes to support the Foundation to achieve its mission.
