Our team
Discover more about our team and the work we do by visiting the Hymans Robertson Foundation team page. We welcome any inquiries or questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our team members directly through the page.
The Foundation was established in 2016 by Hymans Robertson to direct its charitable giving and support its volunteering activities.
Hymans Robertson is the Foundation’s only major funder, and every year donates 2% of its budgeted pre-tax management accounting profits to the Foundation.
Our aim is to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people and communities in the UK. Our focus is predominantly around our four office locations – Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, and Birmingham, and we continue to support young people via Works+ in the Scottish Borders.
We pride ourselves on sticking to our core values of:
Friendly
We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable.
Partnering
We take a partnering approach working closely with charities in our local communities.
Impactful
We focus our efforts on projects we believe will be the most impactful and provide the greatest benefit.
Connectors
We work collaboratively with various charities and act as a connector between charities and invidiuals.
We provide longer-term funding for a range of charity partners across the UK, supporting young people with education, employability, and financial education programmes.
We encourage people at Hymans Robertson in their fundraising and volunteering, by highlighting volunteering opportunities and connecting them and our charity partners, and by offering matched funding for Hymans Robertson staff fundraising activities.
