Gill is People Director and a partner at Hymans Robertson and sits on its Management Board and Partnership Council.
Gill was part of the inaugural Foundation Board of Trustees and played a key role in determining our strategy and guidelines. She has supported the expansion of the volunteering policy at Hymans Robertson to three days and ensures volunteering is endorsed and encouraged throughout the firm.
Gill has volunteered her time to work with some of the young people supported by the Foundation’s charity partners and is an ardent champion of the Foundation’s goals.

Hymans Robertson is the Foundation’s only major funder, and every year donates 2% of its budgeted pre-tax management accounting profits to the Foundation. Our aim is to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people and communities in the UK.
