Inonge Siluka

Inonge has over ten years’ experience in the charity sector through both professional and voluntary roles, with experience in service improvement, organisational leadership and governance. She currently works as a Development Specialist at Macmillan Cancer Support, where she leads service improvement and supports the delivery of strategic projects.

Inonge has also founded and led an international charity and serves as a trustee of Board Racial Diversity UK, contributing to its work to improve racial diversity and inclusion in governance. She is an incoming non-legal member of the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission.

Inonge is passionate about supporting young people and helping them to flourish. She served in youth ministry at her church for ten years and has been involved in youth sports camps, alongside supporting young adults as a womens' football chaplain and student mentor.
