Lucy Steers is Head of Commercial Group and a partner at Hymans Robertson.
Lucy and her team have worked closely with the Foundation over the past five years to support the Foundation’s marketing and communications efforts, extending this support to some of our charity partners too. Having had the opportunity to meet various charity partners over the years and hear first-hand about the impact the Foundation’s support, she was delighted to be appointed to the Board of Trustees in September 2022.
Lucy is passionate about giving back to the communities we work in and is a huge advocate for volunteering as a means of helping the Foundation achieve its goals.

Hymans Robertson is the Foundation’s only major funder, and every year donates 2% of its budgeted pre-tax management accounting profits to the Foundation. Our aim is to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people and communities in the UK.
