Marcella joined the Foundation as its first CEO in August 2019. She helps drive our strategy and delivery of our charitable aims to help more disadvantaged young people secure better financial futures. She works closely with stakeholders at Hymans Robertson, to support and encourage the great volunteering and fundraising efforts already undertaken by its staff. Marcella also leads our partnership work with the Foundation’s charitable partners and other stakeholders.
Marcella brings her experience as a charity trustee, Non Executive Director and independent advisor to her CEO role.

Hymans Robertson is the Foundation’s only major funder, and every year donates 2% of its budgeted pre-tax management accounting profits to the Foundation. Our aim is to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people and communities in the UK.
