Peter Carver was appointed as a Trustee in June 2023 and has recently been appointed as Chair of the Foundation’s Volunteering Sub-committee.
He is an Actuarial Consultant at Hymans Robertson, and has supported the Foundation for many years. Peter brings a wealth of experience and analytical skills to the Board, drawing on his time advising clients in the third sector, and also as a foundational trustee for another community-based charity. As a pensions consultant, Peter is a strong believer in the importance of helping people secure better financial futures.
Outside of his work and trusteeship, Peter is a regular attendee at his local church where he runs the Audio-Visual team, and spends much of his spare time playing with his young daughter.
