Rachel joined the Board in 2021. Rachel is an experienced youth and community worker and a passionate advocate for children and young people’s rights and empowering young people to act as drivers and decision makers.
She is Director of an independent, participatory democracy organisation supporting governments, communities and people to re-think power and shape the decisions that will impact them. Rachel brings her experience, passion and knowledge to supporting the Foundation’s mission for positive impact on young people’s lives.

Hymans Robertson is the Foundation’s only major funder, and every year donates 2% of its budgeted pre-tax management accounting profits to the Foundation. Our aim is to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people and communities in the UK.
