Susan is a partner at Hymans Robertson and has been a trustee of the Foundation since April 2026.
Through her work at Hymans Robertson, Susan works closely with pension scheme trustees and sponsors, with a strong focus on improving outcomes for pension scheme members. She brings this same commitment to the Foundation and was proud to join the Board, where she can help make a real difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people across the UK.

Hymans Robertson is the Foundation’s only major funder, and every year donates 2% of its budgeted pre-tax management accounting profits to the Foundation. Our aim is to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people and communities in the UK.
