Victoria joined the Insights & Impacts Sub-Committee in 2023 and is excited to take on the role of its Chair in 2024.
Starting her career in the third sector as a Youth Worker, she has always been focused on the wellbeing of young people's lives. In her role as Learning and Development Manager for a national intermediary, Victoria supports charitable organisations across the UK and beyond with their infrastructure, resources and training.
Completing her Social Innovation Masters in 2021, she is passionate on supporting organisations to be sustainable, collaborative in tackling social issues, and to grow confidence in their impact measurement. Victoria will apply these skills to the Foundation’s mission for positive impact on young people’s lives.

Hymans Robertson is the Foundation’s only major funder, and every year donates 2% of its budgeted pre-tax management accounting profits to the Foundation. Our aim is to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people and communities in the UK.
